Jeanne Daley joined The McIntosh Company in 2003 after a career managing people, property and capital projects for both a large New York City law firm and a major insurance company. Immediately prior to moving into residential real estate, she was in charge of the exterior renovation of the landmark Clock Tower at One Madison Avenue. As a result of this extensive business experience and a well-rounded background, she has a special knack for customer service and guiding her clients through the complex process of NYC real estate transactions.
She makes a personal commitment to every challenge and has a positive and supportive attitude when representing both sellers and buyers. Jeanne sells all over Manhattan but specializes in the Upper West Side, the neighborhood she’s called home for over thirty years. Margy became a real estate agent ten years ago –the long way! First she went to Simmons College, then to graduate school at Columbia Teachers College. She was an elementary school teacher for four years in Boston and then moved to Houston, Texas, where her first son was born. Back to New York, second son, and then off to New Jersey, where she went back to school and received an MBA in Marketing.
For many years she was employed by HBO as a Business Development professional in their Technology Operations division. It was here that she developed her skills as a negotiator, which have served her well in the real estate world.
Her devotion to both her Sellers and her Buyers is one of the key reasons people enjoy working with her. She is willing to work on any type of project, large or small, challenging or unusual – they all bring out her determination to make a deal work.
