Jeanne Daley

Jeanne Daley

Jeanne Daley joined The McIntosh Company in 2003 after a career managing people, property and capital projects for both a large New York City law firm and a major insurance company. Immediately prior to moving into residential real estate, she was in charge of the exterior renovation of the landmark Clock Tower at One Madison Avenue. As a result of this extensive business experience and a well-rounded background, she has a special knack for customer service and guiding her clients through the complex process of NYC real estate transactions.

She makes a personal commitment to every challenge and has a positive and supportive attitude when representing both sellers and buyers. In this evolving age of real estate, Jeanne is a tireless researcher, using personal and electronic networks for access to the latest information about properties and trends.

Jeanne sells all over Manhattan but specializes in the Upper West Side, the neighborhood she’s called home for over thirty years. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, her co-op Board (having also been on the negotiating committee when the building converted to a co-op in 1984) and the West Side Community Garden.

Margy Wepman

Margy Wepman

Margy became a real estate agent ten years ago –the long way! First she went to Simmons College, then to graduate school at Columbia Teachers College. She was an elementary school teacher for four years in Boston and then moved to Houston, Texas, where her first son was born. Back to New York, second son, and then off to New Jersey, where she went back to school and received an MBA in Marketing.

For many years she was employed by HBO as a Business Development professional in their Technology Operations division. It was here that she developed her skills as a negotiator, which have served her well in the real estate world.

Her devotion to both her Sellers and her Buyers is one of the key reasons people enjoy working with her. She is willing to work on any type of project, large or small, challenging or unusual – they all bring out her determination to make a deal work.

It has been a pleasure to work with Margy. The whole process of finding and purchasing a coop went smoothly because of her efforts. She is professional, thorough, tenacious and knows her business. I’d recommend her to anyone who is in search of an apartment in New York City. — Charles Sacks, Upper West Side

You have been totally dedicated to finding a home in New York City for my husband and me. You understand my needs and you are honest, positive and always encouraging. I am amazed at your encyclopedic knowledge of the city. Most importantly, you respect my opinions and listen. Thanks for being so easy to work with. — D. Weisstuch, NJ

Margy Wepman has been fantastic leading and guiding me through the process of first-time co-op apartment buying… It’s been a long process and Margy’s hands-on involvement was of great help! — 4 room, West 105th Street
